- Responsibilities include engineering, design, deployment, and operation of GW's technology infrastructure; also, capital and strategic planning, business development, and project and asset management.
- Technology infrastructure includes voice; data; video; server systems; enterprise security systems, such as firewalls and virtual private networks (VPN); and the University's two data centers.
- Came to GW in August 1998 as a consultant with Systems and Computer Technology (SCT) and accepted a full-time position as Assistant Director of Technology in July 1999.
- Prior to GW, worked as a Senior Project Manager and Design Engineer with SCT and for Seagate Technologies.
- Over 20 years experience in all aspects of information technology engineering, design, delivery, and operations in the educational, non-profit, and corporate environment.
