·        Areas of responsibility include:  Student Technology Services, Account Management Office, ISS Help Desk, Communication Services, Software Education and Training, Computer Integration Management and Support, SASS Systems and Network Support.

·        Has over 14 years experience providing computer support in higher education. Has been in a senior management role at GW since July 2000.

·        Has been involved in many information technology projects. Most recently led the Workstation Security Project and the Service Level Management Project, which grew into the Account Management Office.

·        Was the recipient of the SASS Partnership Award for Fall 2004.

·        Earned a bachelor’s of arts degree at Farfield University in 1993, in economics and philosophy.

·        Earned a master’s of science in information systems technology and completed a professional certificate in UNIX, C. C++ from the GW School of Business in 2002.
