- Previously served as GW's Director of Technology responsible for the design and implementation of the Millennium Project, a multi-year project that completely revamped the campus data network and information technology infrastructure at the University.
- Prior to GW, served as Director of Technical Services at University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and oversaw the technical operations of the campus to include MIDnet, the seven state regional education and research network.
- Has 25 years of experience in the communications, data networking, and systems administration area.
- Graduated with a B.S. from Western Kentucky University, earned a M.S.S.M from the University of Southern California and a Doctorate from The George Washington Univeristy.
