- Responsible for the core administrative services for ISS, including Human Resource Administration, Business Development, Space Planning, Special Projects, Administrative Services, Program Development, and ISS Financial Services/Business Affairs.
- Joined The George Washington University in March 1979.
- Received his undergraduate and graduate business degrees from the University of Baltimore.
- Serves as district coordinator for ACUTA (Association of University Telecommunications Administrators), serves on numerous administrative and technical committees within the University, and holds memberships in other industry related associations.
- Member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce representing The George Washington University
