Includes experience in systems development, enterprise-level infrastructure systems, data center management, contract management, mainframe and client-server development, strategic planning, and business re-engineering.
- Past positions include directorships with Systems & Computer Technology Corporation, the Social Security Administration, and municipal government.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University, an M.S.A. from GW, and a master's-level certificate from the University of Washington.
- Was instrumental in GW receiving the 2005 "Bold 100" Award from CIO magazine, which recognized ISS for its willingness to embrace great risk for the sake of great reward.
