Novell file services are required for Workgroup File Sharing through ISS Novell servers for customers participating in an ISS managed desktop service and/or customers with desktop support contracts. Novell file services leverages the two ISS data centers (in Foggy Bottom and Virginia), advanced network infrastructure, and skilled ISS system administrators. User management and desktop support, when required, will be billed based on the current ISS hourly rate for desktop support.
Optionally, customers may contract for enhanced
desktop management services, including desktop software imaging and remote
application deployment. These, coupled
with onsite computer support, can provide both onsite and remote support. Computer software images can significantly
reduce desktop problems and provide a consistent and reliable computing
environment.
