Guidelines for Lab Usage

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not change the lab configurations in any way.  You may NOT unplug any of the equipment from either the instructor machine or student PCs.  Doing so compromises the multiple programs running on the machines and can also cause the projector to burn out.

Please avoid touching the monitors with fingers or hands. Your fingers contain natural oils that, over time, can negatively affect the monitor's performance. Touching the screens also creates an unattractive environment for other users of the room.

Only beverages with lids are permitted in the room.

No food is permitted at the workstations.

Do not leave the room without securing the door, even during breaks.

Please leave the room as it was when you entered it (turn the lights off, push all chairs underneath the desks, return the thermostat to the temperature it was when you entered, erase the marker boards, remove all trash, ensure door is shut and secure).

Please log off and shut down all computers after your training session.
